Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Services Specialist to provide high-touch support to legal clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary email contact for clients, ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Onboard new clients and manage data entry tasks related to job orders and client profiles
- Coordinate deposition services and collaborate with sales and operations to ensure service delivery
Required Qualifications:

- 1+ year experience in litigation services, legal support, or a customer service role
- Understanding of HIPAA compliance is preferred

- Flexibility to work occasional overtime or on-call shifts as needed
