Client Services Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Specialist to provide high-touch support to legal clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary email contact for clients, ensuring timely and accurate responses
• Onboard new clients and manage data entry tasks related to job orders and client profiles
• Coordinate deposition services and collaborate with sales and operations to ensure service delivery

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ year experience in litigation services, legal support, or a customer service role
• Understanding of HIPAA compliance is preferred
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Flexibility to work occasional overtime or on-call shifts as needed
