Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for selected Strategic National Account customers, managing service request intake and ensuring timely delivery of services
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalations through collaboration across various domains
  • Update work order management systems and provide account performance reporting as required
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in customer service, sales, or order to cash functions
  • Demonstrated experience with successful customer escalation management
  • Ability to work across organizational boundaries to drive alignment and engagement
