Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Specialist who will act as a liaison between clients, Litigation Operations, and Attorneys.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and complete client-site messages and tasks, updating cases in internal and client systems
  • Manage document processes and communicate with clients and internal departments
  • Monitor loan portfolios and attend client performance calls while keeping managers informed of issues
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Associate Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Prior knowledge of foreclosure processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and various client sites
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize competing tasks
  • Self-starter with the ability to function with minimal supervision
