Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Services Specialist who will act as a liaison between clients, Litigation Operations, and Attorneys.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and complete client-site messages and tasks, updating cases in internal and client systems
- Manage document processes and communicate with clients and internal departments
- Monitor loan portfolios and attend client performance calls while keeping managers informed of issues
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Associate Degree or equivalent professional experience
- Prior knowledge of foreclosure processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and various client sites
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing tasks
- Self-starter with the ability to function with minimal supervision
