Job Summary

Acting as the primary point-of-contact for clients, the full-time Client Services Specialist will manage onboarding, account opening, and ongoing support for various banking services in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Log, dispatch, and resolve client requests according to defined processes
  • Collaborate with other departments and third-party vendors to address client inquiries
  • Train with senior team members and mentor junior staff to enhance the Client Services function
Required qualifications
  • At least two years of experience in a customer-facing service role within banking or financial services
  • Understanding of business documentation for new accounts, including ownership and authority
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate clients in different time zones
  • Experience with logging tasks and client activity in a ticketing database; familiarity with Zendesk is preferred
  • Proven competency in technology, including Microsoft Windows and Mac OS
