Job Summary
To enhance client satisfaction, the full-time Client Services Specialist will manage client onboarding, address inquiries, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with Medicare regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a secondary point of contact for assigned clients, managing onboarding and implementation activities
- Investigate and respond to client inquiries while resolving escalated issues professionally
- Prepare reports and documentation, ensuring services comply with regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or related qualification
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in the Medicare Managed Care environment
- Understanding of Medicare compliance requirements
- Advanced comfort level with technology and aptitude for learning new software
- Excellent documentation and organizational skills
