Job Summary

To enhance client satisfaction, the full-time Client Services Specialist will manage client onboarding, address inquiries, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with Medicare regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a secondary point of contact for assigned clients, managing onboarding and implementation activities
  • Investigate and respond to client inquiries while resolving escalated issues professionally
  • Prepare reports and documentation, ensuring services comply with regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or related qualification
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in the Medicare Managed Care environment
  • Understanding of Medicare compliance requirements
  • Advanced comfort level with technology and aptitude for learning new software
  • Excellent documentation and organizational skills
