Job Summary
To support the onboarding and offboarding of properties within the management portfolio, the remote Client Services Specialist will manage client relationships, act as the main point of contact for inquiries, and facilitate training sessions on products and services.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of offerings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve complex client challenges
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in client services or a related customer-facing role
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
