Job Summary
Supporting the Sales and Operations teams, the full-time Client Services Specialist will manage data entry of new client cases, maintain client relationships, and enhance service efficiency in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter incoming client cases received via email and phone
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while cross-selling services
- Collaborate with the Client Services Team Lead to identify workflow efficiencies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- 1-3 years of experience in an office/business setting with daily client communication
- Proficiency in making outbound sales calls to clients and prospects
- Accurate typing skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze and communicate options to clients
