Job Summary

Supporting the Sales and Operations teams, the full-time Client Services Specialist will manage data entry of new client cases, maintain client relationships, and enhance service efficiency in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter incoming client cases received via email and phone
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while cross-selling services
  • Collaborate with the Client Services Team Lead to identify workflow efficiencies
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • 1-3 years of experience in an office/business setting with daily client communication
  • Proficiency in making outbound sales calls to clients and prospects
  • Accurate typing skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze and communicate options to clients
