Job Summary

Supporting a growing client services team, the full-time Client Services Specialist will manage client communication, track project timelines, and oversee campaign performance in a remote role for candidates residing in CST or EST.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client communication and project timelines to ensure campaigns meet goals and budgets
• Draft contracts and log program details in the internal tracking platform
• Analyze campaign performance and create clear presentations for clients and internal teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in a support role
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ability to quickly learn new platforms
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Personable and clear communicator with a natural problem-solving ability
• Self-motivated and curious, with a desire to understand the underlying reasons behind challenges
