Job Summary
Providing exceptional client support, the full-time Client Services Specialist will manage client accounts, assist with payroll inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a client list and provide exceptional customer service
- Research and resolve client inquiries, assisting with payroll support
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system and facilitate cross-departmental communication
Required qualifications
- Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- SaaS experience preferred
- Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
