Job Summary

Providing exceptional client support, the full-time Client Services Specialist will manage client accounts, assist with payroll inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage a client list and provide exceptional customer service
  • Research and resolve client inquiries, assisting with payroll support
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system and facilitate cross-departmental communication
Required qualifications
  • Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • SaaS experience preferred
  • Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
