Client Services Specialist

Job Summary

Providing exceptional support to clients, the full-time Client Services Specialist will manage client accounts, assist with payroll inquiries, and deliver first-level support for incoming calls in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a client list and provide exceptional customer service while addressing client inquiries
• Educate clients on using the system for payroll processing and troubleshoot any issues
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system and facilitate cross-departmental communication

Required qualifications

• Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Experience in SaaS preferred
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
