Client Services Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fielding client phone calls and emails, and promptly responding to client requests
• Tracking and prioritizing jobs, distributing rough draft transcripts, and providing cost estimates to clients and the production department
• Researching client issues and billing-related disputes to address concerns and reach positive resolutions

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and/or experience in an office or customer-service setting preferred
• Proficiency in mathematics and experience with Microsoft Office products
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent customer service skills
