Job Summary
Serving as the key point of contact for assigned clients, the full-time remote Client Services Specialist, ACA will manage the annual Affordable Care Act reporting process, ensuring timely communication and service delivery while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients and team members
- Manage client accounts to ensure timely receipt of necessary records and information
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members, resolving issues as they arise
Required Qualifications:
- College degree and/or 2-4 years of client-facing work experience with a focus on customer service
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Current knowledge of benefit laws and regulations, especially related to the Affordable Care Act
