Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Client Services Specialist II will provide exceptional customer service during evening and overnight shifts, assisting clients through email, chat, and phone support while ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone, addressing various support requests
  • Utilize multiple online systems to resolve tickets accurately and in a timely manner, prioritizing based on urgency
  • Collaborate with team members and escalate tickets as needed to enhance the client experience
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of prior call center experience
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Reliable internet connection with specified speed requirements
  • Dedicated private work location free from significant background disruptions
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
