Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Client Services Specialist II will provide exceptional customer service during evening and overnight shifts, assisting clients through email, chat, and phone support while ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone, addressing various support requests
- Utilize multiple online systems to resolve tickets accurately and in a timely manner, prioritizing based on urgency
- Collaborate with team members and escalate tickets as needed to enhance the client experience
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of prior call center experience
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Reliable internet connection with specified speed requirements
- Dedicated private work location free from significant background disruptions
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
