Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Specialist for their On Demand Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound phone calls from healthcare professionals, patients, and prospective customers
  • Identify client needs, research issues, and provide solutions for client satisfaction
  • Maintain clear records of client interactions and serve as the primary point of contact for patients

Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years experience in a client-facing role
  • Industry experience in biotech, life sciences, and/or health care is a plus
  • Experience with high-volume inbound calls or chats is a plus
  • Experience using Google Apps, Mac OS X, and CRM applications such as Salesforce
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus
