Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Specialist for their On Demand Team.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound phone calls from healthcare professionals, patients, and prospective customers
Identify client needs, research issues, and provide solutions for client satisfaction
Maintain clear records of client interactions and serve as the primary point of contact for patients

Required Qualifications:

2+ years experience in a client-facing role
Industry experience in biotech, life sciences, and/or health care is a plus
Experience with high-volume inbound calls or chats is a plus
Experience using Google Apps, Mac OS X, and CRM applications such as Salesforce
Bilingual proficiency is a plus
