Job Summary

Leading a high-performing client support team, the contract Client Services Supervisor will provide hands-on client support, ensure exceptional service and operational efficiency, and foster a positive team culture in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of client service professionals to achieve high standards for quality and customer satisfaction
  • Respond to complex customer concerns and escalated issues with professionalism and sound judgment
  • Analyze operational data and team performance to identify trends and recommend process improvements
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience leading and developing customer-facing teams in a fast-paced service environment
  • Strong customer service and client relationship management skills
  • Demonstrated experience with quality assurance, performance coaching, and staff training
  • Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information
