Client Services Supervisor

Job Summary

Supervising the daily operations of Project Attorneys, the full-time Client Services Supervisor will ensure client requirements are met, provide leadership and training, and maintain high standards of productivity and customer satisfaction in an onsite environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily performance of Project Attorneys to optimize productivity and quality
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to ensure adherence to quality standards
• Act as a liaison between Project Attorneys, Project Managers, and Client Services management to facilitate effective communication

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Management, or Human Resources
• Legal field experience preferred but not required, with relevant job experience as a substitute
• Strong experience in staff development, training, and quality assurance
• Proficient understanding of company policies and procedures
• Experience in customer and client service is essential
