Job Summary
Supervising the daily operations of Project Attorneys, the full-time Client Services Supervisor will ensure client requirements are met, provide leadership and training, and maintain high standards of productivity and customer satisfaction in an onsite environment.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily performance of Project Attorneys to optimize productivity and quality
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Act as a liaison between Project Attorneys, Project Managers, and Client Services management to facilitate effective communication
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Management, or Human Resources
- Legal field experience preferred but not required, with relevant job experience as a substitute
- Strong experience in staff development, training, and quality assurance
- Proficient understanding of company policies and procedures
- Experience in customer and client service is essential
