Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Solution Advisor - Commercial Card Servicing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the servicing relationship for large corporate clients and oversee the implementation of new products and services
• Analyze client requirements and coordinate multiple complex implementations while ensuring positive client experiences
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing training and support to staff and clients, and managing internal communications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience preferred
• Experience in client relationship management and service delivery
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
