Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Client Solutions Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial and operational results, including budget development and communication
- Serve as the point of escalation between the client and leadership, maintaining regular contact with clients
- Coordinate with internal resources to resolve client issues and lead solution development efforts
Required Qualifications
- College degree in a related business field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of Account Management experience preferred
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office products
- Six Sigma certification preferred
