Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Client Solutions Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee financial and operational results, including budget development and communication
  • Serve as the point of escalation between the client and leadership, maintaining regular contact with clients
  • Coordinate with internal resources to resolve client issues and lead solution development efforts


Required Qualifications
  • College degree in a related business field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of Account Management experience preferred
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Proficiency with MS Office products
  • Six Sigma certification preferred
