Client Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Supporting the growth and adoption of the water and wastewater data analytics platform, the full-time remote Client Solutions Architect will engage with customers to provide technical guidance, assess system architectures, and communicate solution value while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in customer meetings to provide technical guidance and deliver tailored demonstrations
• Assess utility system architectures and translate operational challenges into clear solution architectures
• Act as a liaison between sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment and consistency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, computer science, or a related field; or equivalent industry experience
• 3+ years of experience in water/wastewater operations, industrial automation, SCADA, or data analytics
• Strong understanding of utility operations, pump systems, treatment processes, and data flows
• Experience with technical discovery, solution design, or pre-sales engineering
• Ability to communicate clearly with operators, engineers, and utility executives
