Job Summary
To support sophisticated investment firms, the full-time Client Solutions Associate will serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, troubleshoot analytical issues, and assist with onboarding and implementation workflows, with options for remote work or locations in New York and Chicago.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client questions, issues, and platform support requests
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues across portfolio analytics, data workflows, and platform functionality
- Support onboarding and implementation projects for hedge funds and asset managers using the platform
Required qualifications
- 1-4 years of experience in a client-facing, analytical, operations, or support-oriented role within financial services, fintech, or investment technology
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience with Excel and analytical tools required
- Demonstrated interest in financial markets, portfolio management, or investment technology
- Comfort working with financial concepts, data workflows, and analytical platforms
