Client Solutions Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Client Solutions to lead a team in delivering enrollment technology solutions within the Workforce Benefits division.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver best in class enrollment technology solutions
• Own operational components of enrollment technology, including implementation and data exchange operations
• Coach and develop team members to drive performance towards KPIs and departmental goals

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the workforce or voluntary benefits industry
• Experience as a people leader in a fast-paced environment
• Experience implementing workforce benefits platforms at the enterprise level
• Understanding of technology ecosystems within the FinTech industry
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred
