Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical SaaS Strategic Sales or related roles
• Experience in training non-technical users on technical concepts and SaaS solutions
• Proven track record in managing strategic clients in complex sales environments
• Professional experience with website technology, data analysis, and eCommerce solutions
• Experience in product development and management is a plus
