Client Solutions Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Solutions Manager to oversee end-to-end solution delivery for client needs throughout the client lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, interpret, and validate client requirements to ensure effective solution delivery
• Manage project execution from discovery to delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams to facilitate operational changes

Required Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of professional and/or direct project management experience
• 3+ years of client-facing experience
• Strong operational knowledge to serve as a subject matter expert for client needs
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university; Master's Degree is a plus
• Experience in healthcare or related fields is preferred
