Job Summary
Managing and leading the Client Solutions team, the full-time Client Solutions Manager will provide exceptional service to clients, oversee quoting processes, and ensure effective team performance in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain quoting processes, standards, and guidelines while managing the quoting queue to meet service level objectives
- Conduct employee reviews, manage team scheduling, and foster a culture of continuous improvement through coaching and feedback
- Act as an escalation point for critical client issues, ensuring timely communication and resolution while collaborating across departments
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant technical experience and management or leadership experience
- Experience in IT hardware and software sales, as well as IT service delivery
- Knowledge of ITIL standards and experience managing Microsoft licensing
- Familiarity with ConnectWise Manage and ConnectWise Sell
- Strong business analysis skills with an understanding of financial concepts and profit/loss responsibility
