Client Solutions Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of Solutions Engineers, the full-time Client Solutions Manager will oversee the implementation and optimization of the Advertiser Suite, ensuring exceptional client service and collaboration across functions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Solutions Engineers, focusing on performance reviews and career development
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of client solutions, including requirements definition and quality assurance
• Collaborate with commercial teams to support pre-sales opportunities and ensure strong solution fit for clients

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with the FreeWheel platform
• Proven experience in team leadership or line management of diverse teams
• Strong understanding of the AdTech industry, particularly programmatic advertising and openRTB technologies
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, APIs, and AWS or comparable cloud services
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
