Job Summary
Driving revenue and managing customer interactions, the remote Client Solutions Partner will handle high volumes of inbound leads, close new customers, and expand existing accounts while leveraging proprietary technology to enhance the booking experience.
Key responsibilities
- Exceed performance metrics related to conversion rates, revenue targets, and account growth
- Manage inbound leads and drive outbound efforts to capture repeat and new business
- Build relationships with high-value accounts, turning one-time bookings into repeat engagements
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or hybrid revenue roles with a track record of exceeding goals
- Proven ability to manage and grow a book of business, expanding relationships and driving retention
- Experience balancing high-volume inbound response with targeted outbound prospecting
- Proficiency in CRM and sales enablement tools such as Salesforce and Outreach
- Demonstrated competitive achievement or success in performance-driven environments
