Client Solutions Senior Associate

Job Summary

As a Client Solutions Senior Associate, this full-time remote position will manage end-to-end solution delivery for clients, including onboarding and change requests, while serving as a subject matter expert and collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure client satisfaction and compliance with contractual obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, interpret, and validate client requirements to support solution delivery
• Lead and coordinate project execution, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams to facilitate operational changes throughout the client lifecycle

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of professional and client-facing experience or direct project management experience
• Strong project management skills with a proven ability to multitask effectively across multiple projects
• Experience within the healthcare, health benefits, or health systems sectors
• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or relevant experience
• Official PMP Certification is a plus
