Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Solution Specialist will manage client accounts through day-to-day interactions focused on customer service, responsiveness, and maintaining quality performance metrics.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for client needs via phone, email, and system tools, ensuring timely resolution of requests
- Identify trends to enhance the client resolution experience and document all communications for continuity
- Collaborate with various departments to improve processes and maintain detailed knowledge of product lines and system functionality
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent industry experience
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or relevant fields
- Knowledge of COBRA/Benefits Industry preferred
- Proficiency with Google Workspace
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a diverse customer base
