Client Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Specialist to support clients using their Black Diamond Wealth Platform solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction
• Educate and train clients on software systems to drive adoption and troubleshoot issues
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients while identifying opportunities for greater value delivery

Required Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Customer Success Manager or in a similar role
• Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot platform-specific issues
• Experience in building and maintaining client relationships
• Motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving
