Client Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Specialist to support clients using their Black Diamond Wealth Platform solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to troubleshoot issues and ensure satisfaction
• Educate and train clients on software systems to drive adoption and retention
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve platform-specific issues

Required Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role
• Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines in a remote/hybrid environment
• Strong analytical skills and ability to grasp new topics quickly
• Self-motivated with a proactive and consultative communication style
• Experience in building and maintaining strategic client relationships
