Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Specialist to support the administration of Group Universal Life and Group Variable Universal Life coverages and client servicing.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage incoming and outgoing files related to eligibility, billing, and payments
- Identify, reconcile, and process file discrepancies and resolve suspense items related to premium payments
- Partner with internal teams to deliver seamless client service and recommend operational improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Group Insurance and/or related industry products preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and excellent organizational skills
- Minimum of 5 years of Insurance or Financial Services experience is a plus
