Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Specialist to support the administration of Group Universal Life and Group Variable Universal Life coverages and client servicing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage incoming and outgoing files related to eligibility, billing, and payments
  • Identify, reconcile, and process file discrepancies and resolve suspense items related to premium payments
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver seamless client service and recommend operational improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of Group Insurance and/or related industry products preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and excellent organizational skills
  • Minimum of 5 years of Insurance or Financial Services experience is a plus
