Client Specialist State Licensed

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Specialist for their Small Business Service Center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and complete complex policy transactions for all coverage lines within required timeframes
• Counsel clients on coverages, identify gaps, and recommend solutions
• Identify sales opportunities, cross-sell coverages, and handle customer objections

Required Qualifications:

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum four years experience in commercial lines insurance
• General Lines 220 Agents License
• Good understanding of insurance industry and commercial lines
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other business-related software
