Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Strategic Lead to maximize strategic value and revenue potential for key client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth plans for 2-3 strategic accounts, focusing on retention and revenue optimization
- Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling while collaborating with clients on strategic planning
- Build strong relationships across client organizations and ensure exceptional client satisfaction and retention
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of strategic account management experience at digital agencies or consulting firms
- Proven track record of growing existing accounts and achieving retention targets above 85%
- Experience managing relationships with enterprise-level technology companies
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand complex client business models
- Background in digital transformation, experience design, or emerging technology services is preferred
