Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of approximately 30 clients, the full-time Client Strategist will serve as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor, guiding blue-collar business owners in their marketing efforts while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Own client relationships through regular calls, updates, and personalized reporting
  • Understand and communicate marketing funnel strategies, including lead generation and automated follow-up sequences
  • Review campaign results, identify trends, and translate marketing data into actionable insights for clients
Required qualifications
  • Experience in a blue-collar or trades background, enabling effective communication with home-service business owners
  • Basic marketing knowledge, including understanding of funnels, ads, and lead generation
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and on video, to build trust with clients
  • Sales instinct to handle client concerns and identify upsell opportunities
  • Proactive communication style, reaching out to clients without prompting
