Job Summary

Supporting a growing portfolio of live banking clients, the full-time Client Strategy Analyst will manage relationships, troubleshoot platform issues, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer success in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of live banking clients, conducting regular check-ins and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Handle support escalations, troubleshoot platform issues, and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
  • Educate bank employees on platform capabilities and best practices while collaborating with product and engineering teams
Required qualifications
  • Strong analytical aptitude and structured problem-solving skills
  • Technical skills in a scripting language
  • Exceptional customer-facing instincts with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Proactive mindset with a genuine care for customers
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States and located within the continental United States
