Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Strategy Associate to support client strategy processes and enhance client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support executive business reviews and client check-ins through scheduling, preparation, data analysis, and follow-up
  • Monitor client health trends and identify risks or opportunities using dashboards and reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and ensure a cohesive client experience
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in client success, account coordination, or service delivery roles
  • Experience in MSP, SaaS, or professional services environments
  • Familiarity with CRM and/or PSA tools
  • Strong organizational skills and experience managing recurring workflows
  • A service-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure
