Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Strategy Associate to support client strategy processes and enhance client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Support executive business reviews and client check-ins through scheduling, preparation, data analysis, and follow-up
- Monitor client health trends and identify risks or opportunities using dashboards and reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and ensure a cohesive client experience
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in client success, account coordination, or service delivery roles
- Experience in MSP, SaaS, or professional services environments
- Familiarity with CRM and/or PSA tools
- Strong organizational skills and experience managing recurring workflows
- A service-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure
