Job Summary

Supporting client strategy processes, the full-time Client Strategy Associate will work remotely while being local to the Napa, CA area, assisting with executive business reviews, monitoring client health trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Key responsibilities
  • Support executive business reviews (EBRs) and client check-ins through scheduling, preparation, data analysis, and follow-up
  • Monitor client health trends and identify risks or opportunities using dashboards and reports
  • Drive resolution for client issues, disputes, and escalations across teams while ensuring cohesive client communication
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in client success, account coordination, or service delivery roles
  • Experience in MSP, SaaS, or professional services environments
  • Familiarity with CRM and/or PSA tools
  • Confidence in managing recurring workflows such as reporting, scheduling, and invoicing support
  • A service-oriented mindset with strong organizational and follow-up skills
