Client Strategy Associate

Job Summary

Supporting client strategy processes, the full-time Client Strategy Associate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client health, retention, and satisfaction while working remotely and being local to the Napa, CA area.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in executive business reviews and client check-ins through scheduling, preparation, data analysis, and follow-up
• Monitor client health trends and identify risks or opportunities using dashboards and reports
• Drive resolution for client issues, disputes, and escalations while collaborating with various teams

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in client success, account coordination, or service delivery roles
• Experience in MSP, SaaS, or professional services environments
• Familiarity with CRM and/or PSA tools
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage recurring workflows
• A service-oriented mindset and ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
