Job Summary
Supporting the advertising team, the remote Client Success Account Manager will lead post-sale account management for new and existing growth accounts, ensuring exceptional client experiences and driving retention and growth opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all post-sale campaign elements, including kickoff calls, production, launch, and reporting to ensure alignment with client objectives
- Develop and execute media strategies while monitoring campaign performance to meet client and revenue goals
- Proactively identify opportunities for account growth, renewal, and upsell while fostering strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of digital campaign planning and execution experience in a publisher or agency environment
- 2-4 years of overall work experience in account management, customer support, or digital marketing
- Proficiency in Google Office Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs)
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions independently
- Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
