Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Specialist, Client Success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support high-tier pharmaceutical manufacturer accounts alongside Account Managers and independently lead smaller accounts
  • Develop client-ready insights, including monthly data analyses and performance reports
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver tailored solutions for clients and manage program implementation
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in client management or with pharmaceutical manufacturers
  • Experience with healthcare technology, pharma, or advertising agencies
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce and project management platforms
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Microsoft Power BI
  • Proven ability to work independently while managing competing priorities
