Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Advisor to manage client relationships and drive account growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of high-value client accounts and conduct structured client touchpoints
  • Identify and close expansion opportunities within existing accounts while monitoring client consumption
  • Lead monthly client review meetings and coordinate with delivery, support, and development teams on larger engagements
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience managing client relationships in a B2B services or agency environment
  • Strong experience with WordPress and web technology services
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and close account expansion opportunities
  • Comfortable with direct commercial conversations regarding pricing and scope
  • Ability to work across teams and manage relationships effectively in a remote setting
