Job Summary

Owning a portfolio of high-value client accounts, the full-time Client Success Advisor will proactively manage client relationships, focusing on retention, account growth, and internal delivery accountability in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and nurture a portfolio of clients, conducting structured touchpoints with data-driven recommendations
  • Identify and close expansion opportunities, including tier upgrades and additional project work
  • Lead monthly client review meetings and ensure delivery teams meet quality and timeline commitments
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience managing client relationships in a B2B services or agency environment
  • Strong knowledge of WordPress and web technology services and their impact on client KPIs
  • Proven ability to identify and secure account expansion opportunities
  • Experience in handling direct commercial conversations regarding pricing and scope
  • Strong remote communication skills and ability to build trust without in-person interaction
