Job Summary
Supporting the sales team and clients, the full-time Client Success Advisor will drive the adoption of HOA products, conduct business environment analyses, and create personalized improvement plans while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Drive usage and adoption of HOA products through direct client communication, analysis, and training
- Conduct business environment analyses and usage assessments to identify opportunities for improvement
- Create personalized improvement plans and provide training to Community Management Companies (CMCs) to enhance system usage
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the financial industry, with 1+ years of related experience or 4+ years of relevant experience
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking, including products, services, and regulations
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of deposit and payment products and online technology platforms
- Experience in treasury management or credit facilities is preferred
