Job Summary
Supporting the sales team and enhancing client relationships, the full-time remote Client Success Advisor will drive the adoption of HOA products through client communication, analysis, and training, while also conducting business assessments and improvement plans.
Key responsibilities
- Drive usage and adoption of HOA products by conducting client business environment analyses and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Perform usage assessments and gap analyses to evaluate client engagement with software integrations and payment processing
- Create personalized improvement plans and provide training to CMC staff, ensuring successful system adoption and follow-up support
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the financial industry, with at least 1 year of relevant experience
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations, particularly in treasury management and credit facilities
- Experience with deposit and payment products, online technology platforms, and sales concepts
- Completion of a credit training program or experience in a branch or TM support capacity is preferred
