Job Summary
Proactively managing client relationships, the full-time remote Client Success Advocate will ensure client satisfaction and retention while identifying growth opportunities and handling escalations.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining long-term relationships
- Drive contract renewals and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities by collaborating with clients and internal teams
- Maintain accurate client information in Salesforce and provide continuous updates on account activity
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, or sales support within a B2B environment, preferably in Human Capital Management
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce for account management and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of HR technology services and trends is a plus
- Must be able to work in the Eastern or Central US Time Zones
