Job Summary

Empowering clients to take control of their financial future, the full-time remote Client Success Agent II will provide exceptional voice support, manage complex client inquiries, and maintain accurate account documentation while fostering positive relationships with clients enrolled in a debt settlement program.

Key responsibilities
  • Utilize CRM software to respond to customer calls and address concerns, particularly regarding legal and creditor escalation issues
  • Resolve complex client inquiries with empathy and confidence, ensuring a positive, solution-focused experience
  • Document client discussions accurately and present settlement proposals to guide clients toward their financial goals
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years in a customer service or relationship-based support role required
  • Experience in financial services or banking organizations preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of client service processes and exceptional organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office, with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
