Job Summary

Empowering clients to take control of their financial future, the full-time remote Client Success Agent II will provide exceptional voice support in an unscripted environment, handling inbound and outbound calls related to complex financial situations while maintaining accurate documentation and building positive client relationships.

Key responsibilities
  • Utilize CRM software to manage customer calls and address concerns effectively
  • Resolve client inquiries and complex scenarios with empathy and confidence, particularly regarding legal and creditor escalation issues
  • Document client discussions clearly and present settlement proposals to guide clients toward their financial goals
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years in a customer service or relationship-based support role required
  • Experience in financial services or a banking organization preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
