Job Summary
Empowering clients to take control of their financial future, the full-time remote Client Success Agent II will provide exceptional voice support, manage inbound and outbound calls regarding complex financial situations, and maintain accurate account documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Utilize CRM software to address customer inquiries and concerns effectively
- Resolve complex client issues with empathy and provide clear guidance on next steps
- Document client interactions accurately and present settlement proposals for approval
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years in a customer service or relationship-based support role
- Experience in financial services or banking preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
