Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Success Agent to support clients in their debt relief journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize client relationship management software to respond to customer calls and address concerns
- Resolve client inquiries and document discussions while guiding clients towards their financial goals
- Present settlement proposals and escalate issues to leadership as necessary
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2 years of experience in customer service or relationship-based support roles
- Experience in a financial or banking organization preferred
- Ability to support and de-escalate vulnerable clients under stress
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office
