Client Success Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Agent to provide exceptional support to clients in a debt settlement program.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize client relationship management software to address customer concerns and inquiries
• Document client discussions and present settlement proposals for approval
• Guide clients through their financial goals and escalate issues as needed

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2 years of experience in customer service or relationship-based support roles
• Experience in financial or banking organizations preferred
• Ability to support and de-escalate vulnerable clients under stress
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office
